After nearly 25 years of designing and building custom furniture on Lummi Island, I have yet to tire of it. Each piece I create is a unique adventure reflecting the wild beauty that surrounds me. This is what I love about my work. It is an endlessly rewarding challenge in the pursuit of creating something useful, artistic and lasting.
Nearly all of my woodwork is created on commission for clients throughout the Pacific Northwest. This brief portfolio, while only a portion of my body of work, captures the scope of what I offer as a designer and craftsman.
After working with numerous clients over the years, I’ve developed an effective design methodology that allows for a healthy collaborative effort between me, my clients and any other designers involved. The success of my business is founded on a process that reflects the vision and needs of each customer, while at the same time satisfying my own sense of aesthetic and quality. I lead a clear and efficient design dialog that allows creativity to unfold en route to a common goal.
